Renting a car can sometimes seem like a daunting task. With the various terms & conditions, and the wide selection of vehicles to choose from, where do you start? We’re always here to help make the process quick, easy and pleasant. You’re always welcome to get in touch if you have any questions, but to make things easier; here are some tips to assist in your car rental journey.
Eligibility

Rental Rates and Costs
Check for any associated costs or additional charges that may apply on your specific situation. To avoid any additional charges please read all of our policies and requirementsfor our Toronto & Mississauga location and our Calgary location before confirming your reservation. Rental Insurance
When it comes to insurance, you should always opt to be safe than sorry. Undoubtedly the insurance mumbo jumbo is hard to understand, but check with your credit card, or personal insurance providers to get details on the depth of your coverage. Do not pay for something you already have. Just take some time out to ensure you are covered rather than taking the risk. It’s never worth it!
Additional Drivers
Be sure to inform us if you intend on allowing other people to drive the rental vehicle. Failure to do so may void any insurance provided- personal, credit card or from us.
Inspecting the Vehicle
Before you take off with the vehicle, make sure to inspect it with one of our representatives. Any damages existing on the vehicle must be documented. This would avoid hassle for you when you return and make the entire experience much smoother.
After an Accident:
If you were involved in an accident, ensure that you get all details that might be necessary. Contact us at the earliest to inform the situation and ask details of the procedures. Take all information from the other driver and keep details of the location, date, time and any other relevant information. Try to get a copy of the police report if any.
Conflict Resolution
If you were dissatisfied with your experience, bring it up with our location manager. Be sure to provide the names of representatives that you were dealing with. Provide them with the details of the reason for your dissatisfaction. You are also welcome to submit your feedback electronically right here on our site. Most situations can be resolved with mutual understanding and should not require extreme steps from your end.
