Does Zoom provide airport shuttle service?
Yes, complimentary airport shuttle pickup is available at select locations. Detailed pickup instructions will be included in your reservation confirmation. Please note that the free shuttle operates only during business hours.
What vehicles are available for rent?

Can I book long-term Rental or extended rentals?
Yes, Zoom offers flexible daily, weekly, and extended rental programs, including options for corporate travel, relocations, and insurance replacement vehicles. Please note that rentals cannot exceed 30 consecutive days without renewing the rental agreement, as required by insurance policy
Why can't I rent more than 30 days?
Insurance regulations require that rentals exceeding a certain period may be considered a lease rather than a rental. If a vehicle is classified as a lease, the insurance coverage may become invalid. Additionally, most credit card rental benefits, including Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) coverage, typically provide coverage for a maximum of 30 to 48 consecutive rental days. For this reason, rental agreements must be renewed periodically. This requirement is based on insurance and credit card policy guidelines, not a mandate set by Zoom Rent A Car.
