We are located right at the airport.

Please include your flight and airline details when booking. After exiting the airport’s single arrival hall, turn right and walk straight to the Hyatt Place Airport Hotel (about 4-minute walk). Our booth is located in the hotel lobby. The entrance of the lobby has a sign”AEROMALL”

Vehicles will be held for up to 2 hours after your scheduled arrival, during business hours.

 Rental Terms & Conditions- ARUBA

1. 
   

   Rental Eligibility
   To rent a vehicle with CarVenience, you must:

  Be at least 26 years old

  
  


• 
  

  Hold a valid physical driver’s license

  
  


• 
  

  Present a credit card under the same name as your license. (Security Deposit $600-$1000 USD)

  
  

2. 
   

   Authorized Drivers Only
   Only the individual named on the rental agreement, along with any listed additional driver(s), are legally allowed to drive the vehicle. If someone not named on the agreement is involved in an accident while driving, all insurance coverage will be void, and the renter assumes full responsibility for any and all damages or losses.

   
   


3. 
   

   Included Coverage
   All rental rates include Aruba’s mandatory liability insurance, which covers third-party damages up to $83,000 USD, with a deductible of $325 USD.

   
   


4. 
   

   Optional Collision Coverage (CDW)
   Renter will be responsible for the full value of the vehicle if no coverage is purchased. You may add Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for additional protection at an extra cost. With CDW, your financial responsibility is limited as follows:

  Intermediate, Full Size: up to $750 USD

  Premium, 4x4s, Vans: up to $1000 USD

  
  

Important: Coverage is only valid if a police report is filed at the scene. CDW does not cover:

  Off-road usage

  Damage exceeding $50,000 to third parties

5. 
   

   Police Report Requirement
   No police report = no insurance coverage.
   We do not offer theft insurance.

   
   


6. 
   

   Responsibility Without CDW
   If CDW is not selected and the vehicle is damaged, you will be billed for all repair costs, towing, parts, and any associated loss of use.

   
   


7. 
   

   Fuel Policy
   Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition. Missing fuel will be billed at local rates plus a $20 service fee.

   
   


8. 
   

   Accidents & Assistance
   In case of an accident, immediately call 911 and Forensys at Tel. 165 and our company at Tel. 568-0383.                                  Forensys (a private company) will make the required report for our insurance company. An accident report needs to be filled out.

   
   


9. 
   

   Flat Tires & Equipment

   
   

   All vehicles are equipped with a spare tire, jack, jack handle, wheel wrench. Your rental also includes Free Road Service, you can contact this private company at Tel. +297-568-6464 and they can assist with a flat tire.

   
   


10. 
    

    Vehicle Return

    
    Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location. If changes occur, notify us at +297-568-0383 or info@carveniencearuba.com.

11. 
    

    Excessive Dirt & Cleaning Fee
    While normal wear is expected, vehicles returned excessively dirty may incur a $50 cleaning fee. Please refrain from eating inside the vehicle.

    
    


12. 
    

    No Off-Road Driving

    
    

    Our vehicles are not allowed to the National Park or any other off-road areas, we do charge a non-compliance fee or fine of US $ 2000.00 for any park or off-road area visit plus damage that occurs to the vehicle while off the road will be on your account. Towing services in a remote spot can be very expensive, they can range from US $ 2000.00 and go up $ 5000.00. Towing service need to be paid directly to the towing company at the time of service. All insurance coverage are nullified when off-road

    
    


13. 
    

    Responsibility for Damages
    Renters are responsible for all damages, including water damage in convertibles. All charges must be settled before departure from the island.

    
    


14. 
    

    Authorization for Payment
    You grant CarVenience the right to charge your credit card or any provided payment method for any damages, repairs, or associated costs related to your rental.

    
    


15. 
    

    Responsibility Without CDW
    If CDW is declined or if you breach the rental agreement, you are liable for all damages, losses, and costs—regardless of fault.

    
    


16. 
    

    Full Liability in Certain Cases
    Your liability may extend up to the full market value of the vehicle, plus storage, towing, and administrative fees.

    
    


17. 
    

    Third-Party Insurance or Credit Card Coverage
    Any coverage through your credit card or personal insurance is a separate agreement between you and that provider. It does not reduce your financial responsibility to CarVenience.

    
    


18. 
    

    Authorization to Charge
    You agree that CarVenience may charge your card for any due amount, whether immediately or after your departure from Aruba.

    Zoom Rent A Car operates as a reservation platform and affiliate partner, facilitating bookings between you the renter and the independent, locally managed car rental provider. We act solely as an intermediary to streamline the rental process for you.

    
    

    While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the information on our website and affiliated platforms is current and accurate, we cannot guarantee absolute completeness or accuracy. Any liability arising from errors or omissions is strictly limited to the total rental fees paid through our system.
